Privacy & Professional Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a professional commitment in everything we do.
Professional confidentiality
Mnafie Legal Group ⚖️ is committed to confidentiality in all its professional work, protecting clients’ and prospective clients’ information, matters, documents and communications. This commitment continues after the professional relationship ends. Access is limited to those who need it to perform their duties, consistent with professional confidentiality obligations.
Information we handle
When you contact us directly, we may receive your name, contact details, capacity, company information, service requirements and documents needed to assess an instruction. We request information for a defined purpose; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents through general channels. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and access logs to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
We use information to understand a request, check conflicts, communicate and define scope, carry out instructions and follow up, manage the relationship and billing, and meet applicable legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal information or use confidential matter information for marketing or publish it merely because a service has been provided.
Limited disclosure
Confidential professional information is disclosed only with the relevant person’s consent, as necessary to carry out an instruction, or where a legal obligation or binding request from a competent authority requires it, subject to applicable professional confidentiality protections. Where a provider or expert is engaged, we consider necessity, scope and appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Electronic services in this preview
The current consultation and contract forms demonstrate the service experience. Information and selected files stay on your device and are not uploaded to the firm through these forms; they do not process payments or automatic notifications. If a flow opens WhatsApp, review the message before sending it yourself. Viewing this policy or completing a form does not by itself create a lawyer–client relationship; an instruction begins after acceptance and agreement on scope.
External links, maps and channels
The website includes Google Maps and links to WhatsApp, social accounts and legal sources. Loading embedded maps or using an external service may allow its provider to process technical data or use cookies under its own policy, potentially outside Kuwait. This design adds no firm-specific advertising or marketing trackers. Review an external service’s policy before sharing information with it.
Protection and retention
We follow data minimisation and access based on professional need, and work to apply appropriate measures against unauthorised use or disclosure. Instruction records are retained as needed for their purpose, recordkeeping, legal obligations and the protection of rights, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised as those requirements permit.
Privacy requests and contact
Contact us with privacy questions or requests to access or correct your information, delete data no longer required, or withdraw previously given consent, subject to applicable rights and obligations. We may need to verify your identity and authority; retention requirements or others’ rights may limit some requests. Send privacy requests to info@mnafielaw.com or call +965 2220 9856.
Policy updates
This policy is reviewed when services, data processing or applicable requirements change. The updated version appears here with its review date. Last reviewed: 8 October 2026.
